Curt is a Partner with the firm and is engaged in a broad civil litigation practice. In his practice, he represents individuals, businesses, professionals, health care institutions, charitable and nonprofit organizations throughout Georgia and South Carolina. His diverse practice focuses on professional malpractice defense, corporate and business litigation, representation of neighborhood and homeowners associations, construction and contract disputes, and general civil litigation.

Curt is an active member of the State Bar of Georgia, the Savannah Bar Association, and the Savannah Young Lawyers Division. He is also active in the local community through his service and assistance with numerous charitable organizations. He is a member of the 2009 Emerging Leaders Committee of The Savannah Community Foundation and sits on the Board of the Habersham Branch of The YMCA of Coastal Georgia.

Curt is married to the former Lauren Pierce, and they have one daughter.
