WILLIAM E. DILLARD
|
William E. Dillard is of counsel to the firm practicing primarily in the area of
civil litigation. He graduated from The University of Georgia and from the University
of Georgia School of Law. Bill is engaged in a civil litigation practice encompassing
both insurance defense and corporate or business litigation. He has served as lead
counsel in arbitrations, and jury and bench trials in state and federal court, handling
cases involving industrial accidents, unfair trade disputes, construction defects,
and contract disputes. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the State
Bar of Georgia, and the Savannah Bar Association.
